My Tuition Class

Hi, salam. It's been such a long time since I last updated my blog. Well, I’m quite busy right now with my task. Especially for this upcoming mid-term examination (4/3 – 13/3). Since, I’m the only one who teaches Physics Form 4 in this school, so I am responsible to prepare the examination paper for this subject. Alhamdulillah, the examination paper has finished and I’ve already print it and it is in copying room of my school. Kesian kat Pak Cik Amir nak kene riso soalan banyak2. I can see that there are so many piles of examination paper that need to be copied in that room.

Last evening, I went to my tuition class. This week is the third week that I conduct the tuition class to my students. Earlier, there were not so many students come to my tuition class. Yeah, it is a tuition class, not the extra class. So it is not compulsory for them to come. But this tuition class is for free. I call it as “tuition” to give some kind of spirit for them to study harder and smarter for the subject that I teach them (Physics and Mathematics). “Extra class” for me sounds less of spirit. huhu.. What ever we call it is actually doesn’t really matter. What does really matter here is the students’ effort to come to my tuition class and understand what I teach them throughout the Teaching and Learning process. In my tuition class, I do not give any lecture anymore, only give them exercises. I make so many copies of exercise for my students to be done in the tuition class. I also do not force them to come, but I always encourage them to come. I told them, that there are so many things that benefit them if they come to my class. There are so many things that I want to tell, but because of lack of time, I cannot tell them everything in class. So, tuition class can be a medium for me to tell them so many tips on how to answer the question, etc. Besides, through this medium I also can get closer to my students. I want to get close to them, to their hearts and minds.

I really love my students. That’s why I do not really hesitate to conduct the class. From the first week I taught, some of the students already ask for the tuition class. They told me that they want me to give them a tuition class. They also ask me about the tuition fee. I think they there already have their own effort. So, that’s why I do not hesitate to do this tuition class for free. Their effort is actually the tuition fee for me. Through this tuition class, I also can improve my skills as a teacher. To be a good teacher is taking such a long time. So, through this class, I can take this as the advantage for me to be a better teacher. Everyday, from Monday to Friday I have tuition class. I live in teachers’ quarters. So, there is no problem for me to fulfill my students’ wishes. huhu… Luckily I only teach five classes. What would be if I teach seven or more than that? huhu…

Last evening, I have tuition class with 4G, but some students from 4A ask me whether they can meet me because they want to ask about PEKA. I thought that only three or four of them would come. Almost half of the class came. huhu.. Kesian kt budak 4G tu.. merajuk la plak… diorang xnk sharing2. klu leh nk aku ajar dorg je. eii…klu leh potong badan, nk je potong. penat tol nk fulfill all their wishes.

Ok la..that’s all for now. I got another class toninght.. For the students who live at hostel.

daaa… see ya…

Assalamualaikum….

Love,

Cikgu Zawatil
